For groups needing to lay off employees but wish to continue the benefits, we will waive the minimum 20 hours per week work requirement for the duration of this crisis.
For groups that need to terminate the benefits of employees that are laid off, you can.
When you are able to re-open, use the forms below to add them back on the benefit plans.
Dental Groups under 10 - When re-adding an employee we will look to see if they were on your group as of March 1st.
If they had met the dental waiting period, we will waive it to make sure they do not have to go through a new waiting period.
Our minimum group size is two employees.
We will not be enforcing the minimum number of active employees until 01-01-2021.
So if your group drops down to one active employee, that is ok until 01-01-2021.
